Fieldex is led by Martin Dallaire, President and a director of the Company. Mr. Dallaire obtained an engineering degree from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in 1992. Mr. Dallaire has more than ten years of experience in the financial industry, with particular expertise in managing and financing junior mining companies. His experience includes strategic planning, corporate structuring and reorganization, sourcing and structuring public and private financings, due diligence reviews and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Dallaire is also a member of the Surveillance Committee of the FÉRIQUE Funds since 2005. The surveillance committee mission is to monitor the Funds, their yields, their investment policies and the managers.FÉRIQUE Fund assets under management represents over $1.7 billion and is considered by the industry as one of the top performing saving Funds in Canada. The multiplication of assets of its clients is also a constant concern for the surveillance committee.

Director / Chief Financial Officer : Sylvain Champagne, B.B.A
Mr. Champagne holds a B.B.A. degree from the Université du Québec, Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Mr.Champagne is also Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Visible Gold Mines Inc and X-Terra Resources Corporation.
Director : Gord Morrison, B.Sc. FNX Mining Company - Senior Vice President Corporate Development
Mr. Morrison received his education at Queen’s University and then worked for 32 years for Inco Limited in both mining and exploration aspects of the industry, prior to joining FNX Mining. Mr. Morrison is an acknowledged expert in the exploration of the Sudbury Basin and played an integral part in numerous major discoveries in the Sudbury Basin. He was a technical advisor to the Voisey’s Bay exploration program and has world-wide experience in exploration for nickel, copper and platinum group metals.
Director : Donald Lacasse, Eng. Radisson Mining - Vice-President
Mr. Lacasse is a civil engineer with 26 years of experience at Hydro-Québec as director of several departments. He has extensive expertise in personnel management and overall project management with more than 300 employees. In addition to being a long-time Radisson shareholder, he served as President and CEO from April 2003 to April 5, 2007.
Director : Jean-Pierre Landry, Goldcorp - Construction Manager
Mr. Landry is actually construction manager for Goldcorp Inc. and responsible for the Eleonor project in Quebec. He received his engineering degree with honors at McGill University in 1983. He worked initially within majors consulting firms both in mining, industrial and commercial projects. He has been project manager for 14 years within the Noranda Mines group, taking part of the owner’s team on both mining and metallurgical projects. He joined Goldcorp early in 2007.
