Fieldex grants 250,000 stock options

STOCK OPTIONS FOR DIRECTORS
Fieldex Exploration Inc. has granted incentive stock options for a total of 250,000 common shares to certain directors of the company. These options will be exercisable at 25 cents per share on or before Jan. 24, 2010.
There are a total of 12,028,935 common shares of Fieldex issued and outstanding.
These options are subject to the consent of the TSX Venture Exchange.
